Our founder started his journey washing dishes in DC, supported by Latin American coworkers who became like family. It was his Latin American coworkers who extended friendship, dignity, and support. That experience planted a seed: to one day give back by creating meaningful work opportunities across LATAM.

Fast forward to today—Simpalm has grown from a boutique staffing and development firm into a global remote staffing agency, connecting skilled professionals in Latin America with purpose-driven companies in the U.S.
